HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Depending on your location, North American orders should arrive approximately 3 to 9 business days once your items are picked up from our warehouse.

DO YOU OFFER A FREE SHIPPING OPTION?

We currently offer flat-rate and free shipping options to the US and Canada.

TAXES AND DUTIES

The prices shown on the website do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees.

If total order value exceeds $800 USD, and depending on where your shipping location is, your country’s customs office may impose import fees, declaration fees, import duties (tariffs), and/or taxes. For all orders, fees required for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon arrival.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS "RETURNED TO SENDER"?

If your package gets returned to us, we will refund your order. We are unable to resend returned packages at this time.

WHAT IF I ENTERED AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If the order has not been confirmed, please email hello@cooliq.com ASAP and we will do our best to update the shipping address.  If the order has already been fulfilled, we are unable to change your address. 

I INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS / DIDN'T INCLUDE MY APARTMENT/BUILDING NUMBER. AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND?

No, we unfortunately will not be able to issue a refund if the original address was incorrect / insufficient.  

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?

Please note, COOLIQ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping packages to secure locations that have someone available to receive the package. If your package is marked as "Delivered" or shows a final scan, we are unable to file lost in transit claims. If you have not seen an update to your tracking after 20 (U.S. Domestic) or 30 (International) consecutive days, please contact hello@cooliq.com as your package may be lost. 

Please note, we do our best to provide the most accurate shipping estimates. However, these timelines are not guaranteed as shipping delays can occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
