We accept unused and undamaged returns within 30 days of purchase.
To start a return, you can use the self serve portal below. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What Is Your Return Policy?
COOLIQ is happy to accept returns for new, unused products within 30 days of the shipment date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, improper care, or abuse will not be replaced. Please ensure returns are packaged properly. Any items that arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging will also be refused.
How Long Will My Return Or Exchange Take?
As we take extra measures to make sure our shipping facilities and partners are safe, please note that your returns or exchanges may take us slightly longer than usual to process (10-14 business days). We appreciate your patience!
